Hi guys, just a note a AMG Mercedes Benz customer rang in to praise the professionalism of Penrith Towing Service. Advised the vehicle was in the level 2 car park and in a very difficult spot. Customer was very happy with service!! :)

Just to advise that Danny was very helpful last night when I had an ********
tow in ******* that ******* were apparently too busy to go to or even
discuss and **** were in ******.
He contacted several companies that he knew in the area and ended up sending one of his own trucks all the way.

Customer called in and couldnt be more appreciative. She wanted it passed on that the two technicians who attended - Syd RRU and Penrith Towing- where the most helpfull and caring people that she has met. She said there attitude and mannerism was so calming and comforting. She said they really cared about her daughter and didnt hold back expressing it. Customer even offered them gifts at the end (they didnt accept) .

As a mechanical workshop, we have used Penrith Towing Service as our sole towing provider for almost four years. The service that Danny and his team provide is second to one – I can honestly say that they are an amazing business that delivers utterly amazing service.
As a female working in a male-dominated industry, there are a million and one challenges, primarily with dealing with perceptions and attitudes. Danny and his team have always been the exceptions, and they have always treated myself, my daughter and my business with the utmost respect. They are 110% reliable and their communication is fantastic, which is important to me when running my business. I can honestly say that with the hundreds of tows they have done for us, they have never ever let us down.
Danny is an amazing man with a strong team behind him, and they all have the same approach to their work. They are honest, trustworthy and caring. Penrith Towing Service not only takes great care of the vehicles they tow, but also of the people who own those vehicles – and that is a complete service that I truly value.
