TOWIE LOGISTICS NEWS-LETTER
Once & a while we will post a kind of News Letter for the intrested visitor of TOWIE ON-LINE

Hello again & thanks for looking in for our Newsletter...
Sorry about the time between Newsletters. It was great to know we have a fair amount of avid readers that have missed the post. It has probably been over a year since my last post, so I'll try & re-cap a few memories of the past year.
Firstly, we took our services an extra step & built another Hino Pro 6 Tilt Tray, as well as myself - Steve Crellin & Benny Wasson will be here to assist all our customers that need us even quicker than before.

Opportunities have come our way in travelling around the country side lately. Some of the semi long transports have been to Orange a few times, the Hunter Region, Canberra with a couple of huge trips in Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Birdsville and as far as Cairns being our biggest ever…
Cairns though gave me an opportunity to see parts of Australia & it’s changes with the elements than I ever dreamt to see…
Cairns

Leaving an overcast Sydney, we travelled the ‘coast’ way towards Brisbane for our first stop. Brisbane was absolutely freezing & my first try of the in-cab sleeper was decided to be my last… The next day was absolutely heaven conditions all the way to Townsville, except for the amount of insects hit… Keeping to the speed limit was a hard thing though, as I found myself dazing about the scenery of the true outback… At one stage I realized I was down to 80km/h in a 110km/h zone… We stopped at a Holiday Inn at Townsville with absolutely top notch service… Well, it was 5 star!!!

From there, we drove straight through to Cairns, through torrential rain storms & flooding most particularly from the small town Tully (were we stopped for brekky) all the way to Cairns…

Fuelling up & Cairns we headed back, really missing my family I pushed on as far as I could getting to McKay where again my beautiful booked us another place to stay… We found out a 4 star motor inn, is not the same as a 4 star Hotel… Still, it was better than the sleeper…
From McKay the next morning, we drove on from McKay to Coffs Harbour, having to use the sleeper… Realizing why I swore we would never do this again… From Coffs, it was a ‘short’ run back home… I think it took 2 days to recover… Then we were asked to go to Orange… Orange though, felt like a trip to the shops, as so was Newcastle a week later… Hehehe…
************** Essendon

I never believed people that tell me there is nothing in Melbourne to see except for the cold…
People tell the truth... Hehehe
************** Birdsville

This is somewhere I will never do again… It’s the same scenery, non-stop bush land… And an absolute abundance of wildlife to dodge... This trip reminded us of "Ice Road Truckers" with out the ice...

So ends our first post in a while, with a promise of trying to keep a more up-dated newsletter in the future... We appreciate your visit to keep up with what we are up to...
